Dog for sale

A guy is driving round the outskirts of Preston and he sees a sign infront of a house "Talking dog for sale"
He rings the bell and the owner appears and tells him the dog is in the back garden.
The guy goes into the back garden and sees a nice looking Labrador Retriever sittting there.
"You talk?" he asks
"Yes " the Lab replies.
After the guy recovers from the shock of hearing a dog talk he says : "So what's your story"
The Lab looks up and says : " Well I discovered I could talk when I was a pup. I wanted to help the Government, so I joined the SAS. In no time at all they had me jetting from country to country, sitting in rooms with spies and world leaders because no one figured a dog could be eavesdropping. I was one of their most valuable spies for 8 years running. The jetting around tired me out , and I knew I was not getting any younger so I decided to settle down. I signed up for a job in airport security . I wandered near suspicious characters and listened in. I uncovered some incredible dealings and was awarded loads of medals.
I got married and had loads of puppies, and now I am just retired."
The guy is amazed and asks the owner how much he wants for the dog.
" Ten quid " the owner says
"Ten quid ,this dog is amazing .Why on earth are you selling him so cheap?"
" Because he's a liar ,he's never been out of the garden"

I live in Preston and havent even heard of the dog. He must have lied about where he lived as well.
