Muddy gateway

Post by lynn wise »

After the rain lastweek, the gateway towards our canal walk was swamped with mud and cow poo. Another walker had kindly put stones through the worst of it. Woody went on regardless upto his ankles in the stuff. Willow on approach stood back to survey the mess, then duly hopped from stone to stone, here she is this morning doing the same, a repeat of the last few days, it really tickled us to see her doing it. Not for her muddy feet.

Lovely film Lynn, I can see why Woody didn't use the stones.....it would slow him down too much. :love5

Very daintily done Willow! Muck or Nettles Woody, more fun :1949:

That was lovely. :love4 I think Willow should do a group training session to teach all the other goldies how to tread daintily over mud. :1963

Willow says she doesn't mind training other dogs to miss out the mud but she draws the line at Bentley. She says he is a lost cause :1968

Well. You might be surprised there. Lately he's hardly got muddy at all. We've even been walking on the moors and he's still got home relatively clean. I have a feeling though that t's only a temporary thing until his new meds have settled down a bit then normal service will be resumed.

Make the most of it Lesley, I'm sure he'll make up for lost time :1945: It's definately NOT Bentley to stay clean, he's a proper muck hook and gorgeous with it.
Do so hope the new meds are working, what a rough time you and he have had. Constantly in our thoughts.
:bighug: and kisses. L xx
