Holiday near Hawick, Scotland

Earlier this year we took Harvey to a self catering cottage near Hawick, Scotland (less than an hour from Carlilse). The cottage and surrounding area was owned by local farmers and we were so lucky there was no sheep the surrounding fields, which meant Harvey had approx. 8/10 acres to 'express himself'. We visited various places there incl. Craig forest where Harvey was off his lead the entire time, its a massive national forest and never passed a soul! I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone thinking of heading north of the border!
