Hi Ellas mum. I was looking at those photos of Ella out on the recent walk with Woody and Willow, and Ella on her birthday. Ella always looks so lovely and white and clean but our Sophie is such a mud magnet

Sophie just loves mud and water. As soon as she's off the lead she always makes a bee line for the nearest mucky ditch or mud patch and belly flops straight into the mud to cool down. She had to have a bath in the reservoir today before we got back in the car

Sophie is now fast asleep on the floor beside me - tired, happy and contented but still a bit damp

She must have thought it was her birthday, can't think of a better day out for a golden, hope she had a few food treats as well just to make her day perfect.

oh my god. what a mucky girl.i loved these photo's. they always make me laugh seeing them so muddy- the things they do just to make sure they get a quick swim at rivvy.
