That was magic. I thought your moves were pretty impressive as well as Bentley's. You will have to give us a presentation at the Fun day. You must have put in a lot of work to get him to do all that or did he just pick it up straightaway as he is a clever boy.

Thank you, ladies. No. He didn't just pick it up, we have spent hours and hours on it and he's eaten pounds and pounds of treats hahaaa. We go to a heel work to music club and we both love it. Such a lot of fun, you can see how much he enjoys it. All his best friends go, Doris the Dachschund, Teddy, Lottie the 'pure bred' labrador who turned out to be a mastiff and Keeshi the Lhasa Apso. It's marvellous mayhem every week.

Perform? In public? Eeeeeekkkkk!!!!!!

On a totally unrelated note. I forgot to say in my previous post that Bentley has a nice dribble of cod live oil on all his meals now as a herbalist told me that it helps to build the neural pathways and could help with epilepsy. We've discovered that stress plays a major factor in his seizures and the one in Torquay was brought on by the ridiculous eight hour journey that should have taken five

Anyway, when he did have the seizure he came out of the post ictal stage ( the aggressive bit after the actual seizure) much quicker than previously and it wasn't as any near as severe. I was able to stay in the room with him and quietly talk to him until he recognised me again. Previous times he would have taken my face off.

He's going onto valerian and skullcap tablets as of tomorrow when they land in the post tomorrow from a company that specialises in herbal remedies for animals. http://www.dorwest.com. I'm hoping, now that we know what triggers it that we will be able to properly control it without the need for diazepam or any other chemical coshes.

Cobi will walk backwards from the kitchen, through the hallway and into the lounge, usually I have a tray with my food on it. Nothing like Bentley's moves though.

The closest Ginnie and Cobi got to 'dancing' was when I fell full length in the lounge many Christmas' ago after treading on a 'rope' toy, and they danced around and on top on me thinking it was a new game !!!!!!

I've used Valerian and skullcap for years, when Ginnie was alive, she was petrified of fireworks and thunder, now Cobi needs them for fireworks (she's nowhere near as frightened as Ginnie thankfully) last lot were from Amazon and were the cheapest, and you get your Easyfundraising donation.
Cobi also has a cod liver oil capsule in her dinner, and sprouts or cabbage (tried carrots but they have too much sugar in them) at the moment, padding her dinner our a bit, need to lose a couple of pounds......

your video did make me chuckle lesley. i thought it was brilliant. i couldn't take my eyes off bentley. you could really see the enjoyment he got out of it (or am i getting confused with him concentrating on those treats).

Well done Bently it must have taken you ages to train Lesley how to do all those moves. Lol hope your new treatment works, maybe you will be on Bentleys got talent or strictly soon..

We won't be going onto Britain's got talent or Strictly I'm afraid, Lenny. Bentley prefers to do his dancing in private, even at the dog club he goes all coy when it's his turn to perform. I keep saying "But he's great when we train at home" and they all just look at me in disbelief. Well hahaaaaa now I have evidence!!!

Thanks for that. I needed to find out how much to give him and Dorwest were great with their advice but I'll be looking for a cheaper source next time and Amazon is favourite.
