Buddy

Post by scholesey »

hello everyone, my name is "Buddy" after buddy holly you know! buddy suits me, and I answer to it really well, my new owners picked me up from Jans rescue just over 3 weeks ago, I have come to live by the seaside in Lytham, I have lots of new places to explore and run about, I am really good on my recall and am off the lead already. I meet up with my doggy friends every day on the sand-dunes, and we have a good couple of hours playtime, I have met all my doggy neigbours on the street where I live and I think they have quite taken to me !!!, my owners think I have a touch of "seperation anxiety" but we are working through it, and allthough I am only left for short periods I will get the idea that they are coming back! I have got a great big soft bed with soft toys inc, but prefer the master bedroom upstairs!!! and I have made best friends with jasper and tilly my close doggy neighbours, a visit to pets at home has been fun, resulting in lots of treats for me! (i can highly recommend it)
I would like to thank Jan for finding my forever, ever home, when my new owners can add pictures I will get them to post them on this topic!!

Welcome Buddy, you sound like you are enjoying your new forever home,Jan only finds the best homes for her dogs so I'm sure you will be very happy and well loved and you will bring so much happiness into your new home. You are very lucky to live right by the sea I'm sure you will love playing on the dunes, I know my two do when we go there. Maybe we will bump into you and you can all play together, you could say, that will be the day Buddy. :1963

Welcome Buddy and family. So nice to hear that he's settling in well and enjoying his new life. I must admit, I too would enjoy visiting the beach every day. Lovely to know he's already made new doggy mates, must be fun for him.
All the best. :love6

Welcome, Buddy!

Enjoy your new home, I know you'll be very happy. Your humans sound like a nice bunch.

Living by the seaside must be great. It's a treat for my humans to get to the sea, they go a lot more often since I came to live with them. My favourite place is the Pier cafe at St Anne's. A rampage on the beach followed by a doggy dinner at the cafe, perfect day out. Maybe we'll meet you there one day, do come over and say hello if you see a particularly handsome white Golden - it'll be me! :1968 :1968

Hope you soon get over your separation anxiety.

Lots of love from :love4
